What Is Cement bricks.

  • Cement Bricks are a popular Construction Material that is generally used to build both load-bearing and non-load-bearing wall.
  • Individual cement bricks are more expensive than clay bricks.
  • Cement brick is also known is concrete bricks.
  • Concrete Brick is a mixture of cement and aggregate.

Advantages of using Cemented bricks

  1.  Environment-friendly.
  2.  Compressive strength for structure load support.
  3. Easily available in bulk.
  4. Can be molded as per design and climatic condition.
  5. Quality control.

The raw material used used in making cemented bricks are

  1. Fly ash.
  2. Sand/Stone dust.
  3. Ordinary Portland Cement/(Lime+Gypsum).

What we should expect from modern days bricks? If we discuss parameters these few questions hit our mind.

  1. What are the strength, durability, and maintenance.
  2. Does it is according to climatic condition.
  3. Will it support structural load.
  4. Distribution of load and maintain indoor walls.

What Is Cement bricks.

Types and use of cemented bricks

  • Cemented bricks can be used to build homes as well as garden structures such as retaining walls, and driveway and walkway pavements etc.
  • There are wide ranges of bricks such as Construction Cement Bricks, Cement Solid Brick, Cement Hollow Blocks, Cement Bricks, Fly Ash Cement Bricks, and Building Cement Bricks.

Key features of cemented bricks

  • High strength,
  • perfect finish,
  • Cracks resistance.
  • Different shapes and sizes.

Key ingredients of cemented bricks

  • It is a mixture of powdered cement, water, sand, and gravel.
  • This produces a light gray block with a fine surface texture and a high compressive strength.
  • In general, the concrete mixture used for blocks has a higher percentage of sand and a lower percentage of gravel and water than these concrete mixtures is used for general construction purposes.
  • This produces a very dry, stiff mixture that holds its shape when it is removed from the block mold.
  • In addition to the basic components, the concrete mixture used to make blocks may also contain various chemicals, called admixtures just to alter curing time, increase compressive strength and improve workability.
  • A thorough quality control check is done to provide cemented blocks with excellent quality to its buyers.
